Before We Begin: Before your massage, I'll talk with you about your goals, pressure preferences, and any areas you'd like me to focus on or avoid. You don't need technical terms — just tell me in your own words what's going on.

During the Session: Tell me if the pressure feels uncomfortable so I can adjust it. You're always welcome to speak up — whether you want more or less pressure, a different area addressed, or just a moment to pause.

After Your Massage: We can talk about how you felt during the session and what you'd like to focus on next time. My practice runs independently inside Nesseth Chiropractic, so you don't need a referral or to be a chiropractic patient to book.
